Punjab Police SSA/PSA Written Test and Typing Test
Candidates for the jobs of Senior Station Assistant (SSA) and Police Station Assistant (PSA) take a written test and a typing test to see how much they know and how good they are at typing.
Written Test
There are two parts to the writing test:
- General Knowledge: This part tests how much the candidate knows about current events, history, geography, and Pakistan studies, among other things.
- Computer Skills: This part tests how well the individual knows the basics of computers, MS Office, and how to type.
The written test is used to decide who gets in. Those who pass the written test with at least the minimum score will be able to take the typing test.
Typing Test
The purpose of the typing test is to see how fast and accurately the candidate can type. The typing test is done on a computer, and the individual has to type a text in both English and Urdu.
For the SSA job, you must be able to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM) in English and 25 words per minute (WPM) in Urdu. For the PSA job, you must be able to type at least 30 words per minute (WPM) in English and 20 words per minute (Urdu).
